Thanksgiving Break (Halls remain open -No Meal Service) November 26-30 2008-09 Parents’ Fund CampaignAbout this same time every year, UE sends out a strong message to its students, challenging them to make the most out of their college experience as they embark on a new school year. By studying hard, getting involved, making great friends and lasting memories, students every year live up to the UE Challenge. Now we are challenging UE parents to do the same. During the 2008-09 school year we are challenging all parents to go above and beyond and make a commitment to UE students. You may not realize it, but as a parent of a UE student you have a very significant impact on your child’s college experience. The Parents' Fund is the annual, unrestricted campaign for parents. Gifts received from the Parents’ Fund campaign enable UE to offer programs, scholarships, extra educational opportunities and resources that may not be otherwise available. With the start of the 2008-09 fiscal year, the Parents’ Fund has an annual fundraising goal of $35,000.00. Let’s work together to reach the goal so that our UE students receive the best education possible. Parents, we are initiating the UE Challenge – PLEASE SHOW YOUR SUPPORT TODAY!! Every gift to the Parents’ Fund, no matter the size, is meaningful. Please consider supporting UE’s Parents’ Fund today! Gifts may be made online at evansville.edu/givingtoue/givingform.asp or by calling (812) 488-4065. Thank you for your support – past, present, and future! If you have any comments or suggestions regarding the Parents’ Fund campaign, please do not hesitate to contact Monica Spencer at ms323@evansville.edu.
