FAQs about PIEE

What is PIEE?

Partners in the Evansville Experience (PIEE) is a network of UE alumni, parents and other friends who assist in the career services process for current undergraduates. PIEE is a relationship to directly connect students to an infinite variety of professional development and support.

Why should I be involved with PIEE?

  • to mentor and lead many students
  • to network with faculty, alumni, and other friends of UE
  • to give back to UE by creating experiential education opportunities at your corporation

Your involvement with PIEE will elevate college education to a level that will set UE graduates apart from their college peers.   PIEE members make a difference and are an integral part of what it means to be a graduate of the University of Evansville.

Who can participate?

Alumni, parents, employers and friends of the University of Evansville can become PIEE members through a variety of levels of participation and commitment.

In what ways can I participate?

  • Sponsor an internship or co-op education experience at your place of business.
  • Forward full-time employment opportunities to the Office of Career Services and Cooperative Education.
  • Participate in UE Career Days, Health Careers Fairs, Major Affair, on-campus recruiting or career seminars for specific majors, such as, education or engineering.
