Kaman Law is exploring her options. "Archaeology is a competitive field with many choices. I'm taking the essential courses, but I'm also gaining practical experience."
As a sophomore, Kaman has already interned at the Koch Family Children's Museum of Evansville (cMoe) and the Evansville Museum of Arts, History, and Science. Her experiences have been so valuable that she's already applied for her third internship. "At cMoe, I researched topics and developed art activities for the kids. Then, at the Evansville Museum, I entered and edited many records on the museum's database using the software program PastPerfect, and I also used Virtual Exhibit to design an online exhibition. I learned so much about the history of Evansville. It's why I enjoy museum work — I get to share the stories with others."
