Peter Hanscom

Peter Hanscom found that the structure of the communication major made it easy for him to explore his interests. "I want to pursue a career with either a political campaign or a nonprofit organization." Peter gained experience through an internship with a United States representative and with UE's Office of University Relations. "By offering me real life experiences and by connecting me with local internships, I'm prepared to begin my career immediately following graduation."
Peter stresses that his story is not unique. Many of his classmates have done great things while at UE. "Since there is so much that I've already accomplished in my four years here, I can hit the ground running. I'm confident that I won't need as much on-the-job training because of my time and experiences at UE."
