Calendar of Financial Aid Process for High School Seniors

Senior Year of high school
Apply for admission and merit awards, preferably by December 1, but no later than February 1. Visit campus if you have not already done so. -
January 1, 2012 through March 10, 2012
File the 2012-13 FAFSA and submit it online at fafsa.gov. The University of Evansville's school code for the FAFSA is 001795. Indiana residents must meet a strict March 10 filing deadline to be eligible for state of Indiana grants. However, UE recommends that residents from other states also comply with the March 10 deadline, in order to receive their awards from UE and other colleges by May 1. -
Throughout the spring of senior year
Research and apply for private scholarships from your high school, community organizations, church, and employers. -
Mid-March through April
Admitted students who have listed UE's code on their FAFSA will receive a Financial Aid Notification Letter and detailed aid, cost, and payment information. -
May 1
Submit $300 Admission Reservation Deposit to accept award and reserve your place at UE.
