2011-2012 Semester Payment Options

New full-time undergraduate and graduate international students may choose one of the following three options for satisfying their financial obligation to the University. Please choose one and note the due dates:

Wire Transfer Information

The University of Evansville has partnered with peerTransfer to streamline the tuition payment process for our international students. With peerTransfer, you are offered excellent foreign exchange rates, allowing you to pay in your home currency (in most cases) and save a significant amount of money, as compared to traditional banks. You will also be notified via email when your payment is received by the University of Evansville.

Visit evansville.peertransfer.com to begin the payment process.

Credit Card Payment

The University of Evansville accepts MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for payments of tuition and fees. Payments made by credit card will be subject to a 2.5% convenience fee.

Note: Please check with your bank to make sure that your credit card can be used in the United States and to determine your daily transaction limit.

Other Methods of Payment

The University accepts checks drawn on U.S. financial institutions, traveler's checks, and cash. Students are cautioned against carrying large sums of cash.

NOTE: Any student unable to satisfy University of Evansville payment requirements before the 29th day of a semester will be dismissed immediately from the University and terminated in the SEVIS system, thereby being considered out-of-status by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
