International Payment Options
2011-2012 Semester Payment Options
New full-time undergraduate and graduate international students may choose one of the following three options for satisfying their financial obligation to the University. Please choose one and note the due dates:

Option One: One Payment
Student pays the full amount on or before August 20 for the fall semester and December 20 for the spring semester. -
Option Two: Two Payments
Student pays the full amount in two equal payments. The fall semester payment will be made on or before August 20, with the second installment plus a 1.5% finance charge due on or before September 5. The first spring semester payment will be made on or before December 20, with the second installment plus a 1.5% finance charge due on or before January 5. -
Option Three: Three Payments
Student pays the full amount in three equal payments. The first fall semester payment will be made on or before August 20, with the second installment plus a 1.5% finance charge due on or before September 5. The third and final payment plus an additional 1.5% finance charge will be due on or before October 5. The first spring semester payment will be made on or before December 20, with the second installment plus a 1.5% finance charge due on or before January 5. The third and final payment plus an additional 1.5% finance charge will be due on or before February 5.
Wire Transfer Information
The University of Evansville has partnered with peerTransfer to streamline the tuition payment process for our international students. With peerTransfer, you are offered excellent foreign exchange rates, allowing you to pay in your home currency (in most cases) and save a significant amount of money, as compared to traditional banks. You will also be notified via email when your payment is received by the University of Evansville.

Credit Card Payment
The University of Evansville accepts MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for payments of tuition and fees. Payments made by credit card will be subject to a 2.5% convenience fee.
Note: Please check with your bank to make sure that your credit card can be used in the United States and to determine your daily transaction limit.
Other Methods of Payment
The University accepts checks drawn on U.S. financial institutions, traveler's checks, and cash. Students are cautioned against carrying large sums of cash.
NOTE: Any student unable to satisfy University of Evansville payment requirements before the 29th day of a semester will be dismissed immediately from the University and terminated in the SEVIS system, thereby being considered out-of-status by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
