Archaeology and Art History

Society for Archaeology and History of Art (SAHA)

The Society for Archaeology and History of Art (SAHA) is a student-run, extracurricular organization that sponsors lectures, movies, picnics, and field trips to sites and museums in the area. SAHA also sponsors dinner parties based on ancient Egyptian, Roman, and Greek menus and the annual Pot Party, during which donated pots and dishes are destroyed and then glued back together to practice restoration skills. Members often present about graduate school preparation and their experience in field schools and internships.
