After graduating from Michigan State University in 1982, Professor Lotfalian began teaching at the University of Evansville. Dr. Lotfalian has authored and co-authored numerous papers in peer reviewed journals and the IEEE transactions in areas such as Wind Electric Conversion Systems, Powers Systems Voltage collapse and Control. He is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and has served as student’s advisor for IEEE.
