Students interested in Legal Studies will benefit from a learning environment that gives them a strong foundational knowledge in many areas of law as well as the processes used in developing cases in those areas. Faculty members within Legal Studies are committed to teaching and mentorship. Students also have the opportunity to become acquainted with professionals through the program’s Advisory Board, which is composed of local attorneys and paralegals. Because the University of Evansville recognizes the global nature of learning, students are given international exposure through a unique study abroad opportunity at our campus in England, Harlaxton College. Legal studies majors have 34 hours of free electives within the program making a semester at Harlaxton College or abroad easy to arrange.
