The Major Discovery Plan
Not sure what you want to study at UE? No problem. Through our Major Discovery program, we have a plan to help you discover your interests and find your path.
Ways of Discovery
Students entering UE in the Major Discovery program will find a wide range of options to help them find their path - from our Journeys and Discoveries course to the Center for Career Developmen's popular "Do What You Are" assessment.
What better place to discover your path than at a university whose very mission is to provide a broad-based understanding in many areas? In an ever-changing world, entering UE as an undeclared major is not only a wonderful opportunity, it is a great idea!
Developed in 2008, The Major Discovery Program was designed to provide a home and rich opportunities for students who have yet to choose a major.
To pursue your goals, there needs to be some direction – a map. We will help you create that map. We’ll encourage you to discover different paths and determine which direction best fits you, your interests, and your academic focus.
