Assistant Professor of Accounting

Applicants are invited for a full-time tenure-track position in Accounting with appointment beginning August 1, 2015.  Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in principles of accounting, intermediate accounting, cost accounting, and auditing, with the possibility of upper level advanced/advanced managerial accounting based on our needs and your interests.  The individual in this position will be expected to develop a productive research program, advise students, and contribute to department and university service.  Qualifications for this position are an earned PhD in Accounting or ABD within one year of completion from an AACSB accredited institution.  Strong preference will be given to candidates who can provide evidence of effective teaching.
