Academic Information
Adds, Drops, and Withdrawals
The first sentence of the second paragraph states:
"A course may be dropped without a designated grade during the first two weeks of a term of the regular academic year. From the third through the eleventh week, a grade of W (withdrew from the course) is assigned."
It should read:
"A course may be dropped without a designated grade through the last day to register/add a class during (see the academic calendar for exact dates). From that date through the eleventh week a grade of W (withdrew from the course) is assigned."

The last sentence of the first paragraph should read:
During the fall and spring semesters, this force is supplemented by a part-time security officer who is responsible for providing protective services for the student lounge in the Union Building from midnight to 4:00 a.m., Sunday through Friday mornings.
Financial and Payment Information
Institutional Refund Policy
Title IV funds refer to the following federal financial aid programs: subsidized and unsubsidized Stafford Loans, Federal Perkins Loans, federal PLUS loans, Federal Pell Grants, Federal SEOG, Academic Competitiveness Grants, and National SMART Grants. Federal work-study funds are excluded from the refund calculation.
Students should contact the Office of Residence Life fir cancellation requests made after this deadline, as penalties can result.
The refund policy for the Executive Master’s in Business Administration Program is unique to that program and can be obtained from the Office of Financial Aid.
