Classical Studies Major with Language and Literature Concentration
This program is recommended for students who intend to do graduate work in the classics. Students are required to complete additional course work in classical literature and develop facility in both Greek and Latin.

Minors in Classical Studies or Classical Languages
Students generally combine these minors with such majors as archaeology, literature, history, biblical studies, English, foreign languages, or pre-law. Classical studies minors acquire compentence in either Greek or Latin. Classical languages minors develop facility in both Greek and Latin language and literature (with the option of ancient Hebrew as well).
