Calendar of Financial Aid Process

  • Fall of Senior Year:
Apply for admission and merit awards, preferably by December 1. Visit campus if you have not already done so.

  • Mid-December:
Create a PIN for use in filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) electronically. The student and one parent must have a PIN. Go to http://www.pin.ed.gov to create your PINs.

  • January 1, 2008 through March 10, 2008:
File the 2008-09 FAFSA and submit it online at fafsa.ed.gov. The University of Evansville's school code for the FAFSA is 001795.  Indiana residents must meet the strict March 10 filing deadline to be eligible for state of Indiana grants. However, UE recommends that residents from other states also comply with the March 10 deadline, in order to receive their awards from UE and other colleges in a timely manner.

  • April of Senior Year:
Official financial aid award will be mailed to you.

  • May 1:
Final college selection must be made. $300 admission deposit due to the University of Evansville.
