Examples of Awards to Fall 2007 Freshmen

The following are actual financial aid packages offered to freshmen who entered UE in the fall of 2007. When calculating the balance due to UE we used $31,990 - the 2007-08 charges for tuition, fees, meals, and a middle-priced residence hall.  The "Evansville weighted GPA" refers to a special GPA calculated by our Office of Admission, using only the student's college preparatory classes and adding a quality point for honors or advanced courses.

Example 1:

Family of four from Indiana/two students in college; Adjusted Gross Income = $70,000
Student profile: Evansville weighted GPA 3.90; SAT (critical reading plus math) 1180
