University of Evansville Wire Transfer Information

Please fax a copy of any wire transaction (receipt) together with the name of the student to our office at (812) 488-6389 so that the University may anticipate the deposit and process the student’s account correctly and promptly.

Fall Payment Options

Fall semester international undergraduate and graduate students may choose one of the following three options for satisfying their financial obligation to the University.

• Option One: One Payment
  Student pays the full amount on or before August 5th. A new student must pay the entire balance before registering for classes.

• Option Two: Two Payments
  Student pays the full amount in two equal payments. The first payment will be made on or before August 5th, and the final payment plus a one percent finance charge is due September 5th. A new student must pay the first payment before registering for classes and the final payment plus a one percent finance charge will be due September 5th.

• Option Three: Three Payments
  Student pays the full amount in three equal payments. The first payment will be made on or before August 5th. The second payment plus a one percent finance charge is due September 5th. The final payment plus a one percent finance charge is due October 5th. A new student must pay the first payment before registering for classes. The second payment plus a one percent finance charge is due September 5th and the final payment plus one percent finance charge is due October 5th.

Spring Payment Options

Spring semester international undergraduate and graduate students may choose one of the following three options for satisfying their financial obligation to the University.

• Option Two: Two Payments
  Student pays the full amount in two equal payments. The first payment will be made on or before December 5th and the final payment plus a one percent finance charge is due January 5th. A new student must pay the first payment before registering for classes, and the final payment plus a one percent finance charge will be due January 5th.

• Option Three: Three Payments
  Student pays the full amount in three equal payments. The first payment will be made on or before December 5th. The second payment plus a one percent finance charge is due January 5th. The third and final payment plus a one percent finance charge is due February 5th. A new student must pay the first payment before registering for classes. The second payment plus the one percent finance charge is due January 5th and the final payment plus a one percent  finance charge is due February 5th. A student accepted after January 5th must pay the first two payments before registering for classes. The third and final payment plus a one percent finance charge is due on February 5th.

NOTE: Any student unable to satisfy University of Evansville payment requirements before the 29th day of a semester will be dismissed immediately from the University and terminated in the SEVIS system, thereby being considered out-of-status by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
