Students can check the intramural update board in the Student Fitness Center for dates and entry deadlines.

These are just a few of the intramural sports that are offered throughout the academic year here at the University of Evansville. The schedule is changing every semester with new activities and childhood games.

Classes

During the fall and spring semesters, Fitness Center classes are offered free of charge to students. A variety of classes are offered throughout the week from early morning through the evening hours. The schedule changes by semester. Here are an example of classes normally offered throughout the year:

Wander Indiana is an incentive program to promote cardiovascular health. Participants record how many miles they run, walk, bike, swim, stair climb, do aerobics, or row their way to a fictitious club destination. For example, to reach "Club Vincennes" you must tally 52 miles. To reach the next destination, which is Club Worthington" 98 miles would be tallied. The more miles totaled, the farther around the state the participant goes. Round trip is 827 miles. Prizes are offered at various milestones throughout the course route.
