Financial Aid Application Calendar for Transfer Students

Apply for Admission to UE during the semester before you wish to transfer to UE

Apply for admission and scholarships.

  • The recommended application deadline for spring semester is December 1.
  • The recommended application deadline for fall semester is August 1.

File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.gov

If you have already filed the FAFSA for your current college, please add UE's code to your existing FAFSA. The University of Evansville's school code for the FAFSA is 001795.

  • Students entering UE in the spring semester of 2013 should file the 2012-13 Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
  • Students entering UE in the fall semester of 2013 or spring semester of 2014 should file the 2013-14 Free Application for Federal Student Aid.

After we receive your FAFSA

Admitted students who have listed UE's code on their FAFSA will receive a Financial Aid Notification Letter and detailed aid, cost, and payment information.

Notify UE that you plan to attend by submitting Admission Reservation Deposit to Office of Admission. Accept your financial aid by returning all required documents to UE Office of Financial Aid.
