Private Visit
The University of Evansville Office of Admission encourages a private campus visit whenever possible, and we will work with you to meet your requests. We can also make arrangements for you to spend the night in one of our residence halls hosted by a UE student (high school seniors only) from September through April - excluding holidays.

Private visit hours are:
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Campus tours begin every hour, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Arrive at 9:30 a.m. for a group admission session and 10:30 a.m. campus tour (transfer students, please call the Office of Admission before scheduling a Saturday visit at 800-423-8633, ext. 2468)
- Sunday: Closed
So that University representatives are able to personalize your private visit, when scheduling your visit online, please register at least two business days prior to your campus visit.
