Volunteer Opportunities
Alumni volunteers help with a wide range of activities for students and alumni. The following programs are administered by the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations. For additional information, contact the office at 812-488-2586 or via email: alumni@evansville.edu.
UE Volunteer Handbook
The UE Volunteer Handbook has been created to serve as a point of reference for all UE volunteer programs, activities, and events. This handbook outlines the many programs, councils, committees, and advisory boards at the University and gives a detailed description of each.
Reunion Rep Project Volunteers
Reunion Reps are needed each year to assist the Alumni staff in promoting the upcoming reunions and inviting friends and other classmates to attend Homecoming Reunion Weekend. Serving in this way gives alumni an excellent opportunity to get in touch with old friends and be updated about UE happenings and planning through out the year. You can volunteer online to become a rep.
Alumni Admission Network - LEAGUE
The Offices of Admission and Alumni Relations work together to utilize more alumni in UE's recruiting efforts. The result is LEAGUE - Leading Edge Alumni Guiding UE. Alumni from across the country assist the Office of Admission with recruiting new students to UE.
To learn about LEAGUE and learn information that will assist you when working with prospective students, download the 2010-2011 LEAGUE Fact Book.
Alumni Professional Network
The Professional Network is a web resource of career profiles designed to connect more alumni and friends of the University with the career development needs of students. It is a chance for them to ask questions about your field and your transition from a student to the professional world. You offer a unique opportunity for students to increase their business protocol and communication skills.

Partners in the Evansville Experience
As a UE alumni, friend, parent or partner employer, you have the opportunity to establish a partnership with the University through support of Career Services programs and initiatives, and by mentoring individual students. We created a program called Partners in the Evansville Experience in order to directly connect UE students with you!
Class Agent Program
The mission of the University of Evansville Class Agent Program is to promote networking among classmates, while encouraging them to support the UE Alumni Scholarship Fund. This is a great way to get involved with UE that involves a minimal commitment of your time. For more information, please contact Emily Sights '07, director of reunion giving, 812 488-2440 or es70@evansville.edu.
UE's Volunteer Summit
UE's Volunteer Summit 2010 was a great success in large part to the many volunteers who helped plan and attend the event. Without great alumni, parent and community volunteers, UE would not be the great institution it is today. The next Volunteer Summit is scheduled for November 2012...we hope to see you there!
