According to the World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report, four out of the top five job skills needed for 2025 are related to creativity, innovation, problem solving, and critical thinking. This workshop will introduce attendees to the Basadur Simplexity Thinking creative problem-solving process to help them solve complex problems as individuals and team members. Attendees will have an opportunity to experience divergent and convergent thinking as they work through a simulated creative problem-solving process. After attending the workshop, participants will be able to apply these new skills in their work and personal lives.
