For employers

Employers are encouraged to register and attend Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Career Day to meet and network with University of Evansville students majoring in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. UE students maintain high academic standards, serve as leaders in their community, and consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Schedule

Evansville is in the Central Daylight Time Zone.
Register and set up displays: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
STEM Career Day: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (we may open to high school students 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.)
Lunch: 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.

Your Cost

Register by September 7 to receive the early registration fee of $150, which covers display space, an 8’ table with chairs, and lunch for two (additional lunches available for $25 each). Registering by September 7 also guarantees your organization’s information will be included in all event promotions.

After September 7, the registration fee is $175.00. Once registered, a $35 cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds are available if registration is cancelled less than one week before the event.

Sponsorship

University of Evansville’s Center for Career Development is excited to offer a limited number of STEM Career Fair sponsorships. Your $300 sponsorship includes registration and lunch for two representatives, premium table placement, and your company’s logo in all online and print marketing materials. Logos should be emailed by September 3, 2018.
