Stage 4 Reopening Plan
Dear UE Community,
Since March of this year, the Coronavirus Healthcare Task Force has been diligently working on plans and scenarios that reopen our campus for the return of students. Effective August 12 is the University of Evansville Stage 4 Campus Reopening Plan. The UE campus is reopening and preparing for the return of students and in-person classes with appropriate safety measures such as masks or face coverings, social distancing, hand washing and enhanced cleaning protocols. The full plan is publicly available on the Campus Operations web page. Additions to this Stage 4 plan include protocols and guidelines for:
- Mask or face coverings
- Exposure and Testing
- Campus housing
- Events
- Safe Learning

For this plan to be effective, it is expected that each member of the UE community follows the Stage 4 Plan. Our goal is for every member of our community to personally commit to keep our campus as safe as possible.
