Frequently Asked Questions

How does this work?

First a letter from the head agent for your class will go out to all your classmates each fiscal year. During your reunion year you will then select 10 classmates that you feel very comfortable calling personally. Your main objective will be then to follow up by calling your 10 selections and personally asking them to make a gift to the UE Alumni Scholarship Fund. This is also a great way to catch up with old friends and help UE!

How much time is really involved?

It will take approximately two hours to make 10 calls every year. There is also a little bit of paperwork that you will complete and send back to UE which adds another thirty minutes.

What do you mean by “my own commitment?”

We think it’s very important for all Class Agents to be willing to make yearly gifts to UE in order to ask others to do the same. Many of you already do this. We ask you to continue that support during your term as a UE Class Agent- and long after!
