Required Documentation
Required Documents for Facility Use
To ensure a safe, responsible, and well-managed use of our facilities, we require all individuals or groups requesting to use our space to provide the following documentation:
- Facility Use Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using our space. It helps protect both parties by clearly defining responsibilities, permitted uses, scheduling, fees, and other important details. Signing this agreement ensures mutual understanding and accountability.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI)
A Certificate of Insurance is required to confirm that your organization carries liability coverage. This protects both your group and our facility in the event of accidents, injuries, or property damage during your event or activity.
- Alcohol Agreement
If alcohol will be served or consumed on the premises, this agreement must be completed. It outlines specific guidelines and responsibilities to ensure safe and legal handling of alcoholic beverages in accordance with local laws and our policies.
- Child Protection Agreement
If your event or activity involves minors, this agreement is mandatory. It outlines our commitment to creating a safe environment for children and requires all participants to adhere to best practices for child safety, including background checks where applicable.
- Additional Documentation
Other agreements or paperwork may be required depending on the specific nature and needs of your event (e.g., food handling permits, security plans, vendor agreements, etc.). Our team will work with you to identify and complete any additional requirements as needed.
