Why I Joined: Megan was very enthusiastic whenever I talked with her about LEAD Forward. I didn't know what it was before this, and she seemed very happy to be doing it. I also wanted to be more involved on campus.

What are my career goals after graduation: Honestly, I'm not really sure. I haven't had any internships or experience yet in the field so I don't know my preferences yet. I am open to new experiences and I'm looking forward to learning more.

Why I joined: I joined LEAD Forward because I wanted to improve my leadership skills and connect with people who have the same goals as me. I also wanted to improve my communication skills. When applying, I was sure that this program will help me grow as a person and as a leader!

Career Goals after Graduation: I plan to go back to Bulgaria and work there as a marketing specialist or something related to business. I love connecting with people and I see myself as being a leader who will make a change for the better in my country!

Why I joined: I joined so I can learn ways to strengthen and develop my leadership skills and become a better leader in all aspects of my life. From the classroom to the softball field, to my future place of work. I also wanted to become more involved and start broadening my network with more people.

Career Goals after Graduation: I have accepted a position after I graduate in May of 2024 working at Koch Industries in Wichita, KS in the Tax Accounting department. My goal within that role is to perform to the best of my abilities and continue to be a lifelong learner within the company while continuing to improve in my role and move up within the company.

Why I joined: I joined LEAD Forward because I wanted to become more involved in the Schroeder School of Business department while also working on my personal development geared toward leadership. I viewed this program as the perfect opportunity to develop and strengthen my existing leadership skills and transform them into something that will aid me in my success in both my personal and professional life.

Career Goals after Graduation: After graduation, I plan to pursue a career that allows me to work creatively within a business field, being involved in the management and artistic processes of the organization or business. I want to utilize my leadership skills, creative abilities, and academic knowledge to continuously progress and explore new opportunities as I successfully move forward in my career.
