Oboe Day

Come and join us for Oboe Day at the University of Evansville! The event is open to all students and observers. Participants will spend the afternoon hearing a professional performance, learning from teaching sessions, listening to an oboe Masterclass, and playing in an oboe ensemble. This is a great opportunity to interact with an internationally known musician and to discover more about oboe technique and artistry.

The event includes:

  • Guest Artist Recital at 12:15 p.m.
  • Sessions on oboe fundamentals, English horn, and other topics
  • Masterclass with Guest Artist
  • Oboe Ensemble for all participants

The recital is free and open to the public. The sessions, masterclass, and ensemble events are free for UE students or $30 for non-UE students.
