Tri-State Ensemble Festival
The Department of Music at the University of Evansville is excited to announce the inaugural Tri-State Ensemble Festival. The 2018 Tri-State Ensemble Festival will take place Thursday, April 12, 2018, at the Old National Events Plaza in Evansville, Indiana.
This is an exciting time of the year for many music programs across the country, as many are preparing for their state festival performances. We are inviting high schools from the Illinois-Indiana-Kentucky tri-state area to bring their choirs, concert bands, and orchestras to Evansville for a FREE CLINIC with the University of Evansville music faculty! Ensembles who attend the 2018 Tri-State Ensemble Festival will receive the following:
Free clinic with UE faculty from specific content area:
- Band, Orchestra, or Choir
- Professional audio recording of their performance and clinic with UE faculty.
- Performance opportunity in a professional venue.
- Opportunity to observe performances and clinics of other visiting ensembles.
Priority scheduling will be given to groups who register for the Tri-State Ensemble Festival on or before Friday, March 9, 2018. Registration will remain open until all time slots for the event have been filled.

NOTE: The University of Evansville will provide all large percussion equipment for bands/orchestras. On your registration, please list the instruments that your ensemble requires. The performing ensemble will need to provide their own small percussion instruments. We will also provide choral risers for the performing choral ensembles.
