UE's Department of Music offers five music degrees and a comprehensive curriculum.

Summer Band Camp Registration

Thank you for your interest in the 2015 Summer Music Camp at the University of Evansville. Prices below are good through May 31 - late registration fees will be applied starting June 1. Payment may be refunded (less an administrative fee of $25) if enrollment is cancelled by June 6. For more information, contact Dr. Brian St. John at bs191@evansville.edu.

Students must bring their own instrument to the camp. Students using their school's instruments should talk to their band/orchestra director about keeping their instrument over the summer.

Please indicate your interest for the following elective choices. Choose three different electives. We will do our best to give you your first choice, but as class sizes and resources are limited, you may be given your second or third choice. Some choices may not be offered due to lack of interest or instructor availability.

NOTE: Guitarists must bring their own guitar to camp. UE will not provide guitars to students.

Day Camp – 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. - $195
Includes lunch Monday through Friday.

Overnight Camp, $450
Includes all meals from Sunday dinner through Saturday breakfast, plus dormitory rooms (two students per room) Sunday night through Saturday morning.

By submitting this online form, I authorize my child to participate in all activities of The University of Evansville Band Camp, June 14-20, 2015. I understand he/she is expected to observe all camp rules and in case of failure to do so, I am responsible for immediate transportation home. I further understand and agree that there will be no refund of camp fees in the event of my child's dismissal from any portion of the camp. Furthermore, I hereby give permission for emergency medical treatment of the child named above by his/her physician or a physician on call.
