International Applicants

International high school applicants who wish to be considered for B/PA admission to the University of Evansville Physician Assistant (PA) Program must complete the following steps/items to be considered eligible for application.

  • Submit an application to the University by November 1, indicating the PA Program as an intended major and complete the corresponding PA essay question
  • Meet one of the following standardized test scores:
    • ACT score of 27 or higher
    • Composite score of 1280 or higher on the SAT-R
    • Scores must be received directly from the reporting agency
  • Official TOFEL (minimum 79/80 IBT) or IELTS report (minimum 6.5) received directly from the reporting agency
  • Official copies of all certificates, diplomas, and transcripts (including professional English translation)
  • Letter of recommendation from a principal, teacher, or person familiar with your academic performance
  • A copy of your passport (photo page) and copies of the I-20 visa if previously issued

All international applicants that possess an undergraduate degree must complete the following steps to be considered eligible for application to the graduate Physician Assistant Program.

  • Transcript evaluation through the World Education Services (WES)
  • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOFEL) or international English Language Testing System Score received directly from the reporting agency
    • Minimum scores of 90 on the TOFEL (IBT) or 7.0 on the IELTS
  • GRE score of 300 (combined quantitative and verbal scores)
  • Submission of application through CASPA
  • A copy of your passport (photo page) and copies of the I-20 visa if previously issued

The University makes final decisions regarding admission to the Physician Assistant Program admission.
