The University of Evansville (UE) has once again been recognized by Military Times as one of the nation’s top institutions for military-affiliated students, earning a place on the 2025 Best for Vets: Colleges list.

The annual ranking, now live at bestforvets.militarytimes.com/colleges, is the largest and most comprehensive evaluation of higher education options for veterans, service members, and their families.

The 2025 rankings will also be featured in the November/December print editions of Army Times, Navy Times, Marine Corps Times, and Air Force Times, providing national visibility to institutions that demonstrate strong support for military learners.

Military Times evaluates colleges and universities through a detailed methodology that examines student success metrics, program quality, military-specific resources, financial support, and overall institutional commitment to veterans and service members.

UE continues to prioritize individualized support for military-connected students, offering dedicated advising, transfer assistance, and access to a wide range of academic and career resources. The university’s Veterans Education Transition Services (VETS) program remains central to these efforts, creating a supportive environment from enrollment through graduation.
