A University of Evansville alumnus, Andy Gerhart has been facilitating creative problem solving workshops and courses for many years, coaching teams on innovation, creativity, and cross-disciplinary group dynamics.

Morning Session: Participants will learn the core competencies of creativity and experiment with a variety of tools and techniques to refine their creative problem solving and innovation skills.

Networking Lunch

Afternoon Session: Teams will apply their newly acquired skill set to a real problem or challenge of the team's choosing. The session will conclude with each team developing a deliverable for their company to further pursue. Teams will have the option to be coached in private to protect any proprietary information.
