Athletic Training Room Internship
The University of Evansville Department of Athletics invites applications for two Athletic Training Internships. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, injury prevention, evaluation, management, and treatment of athletic injuries; rehabilitation of athletic injuries; education and counseling of student-athletes, and athletics related health care administration in coordination with the sports medicine team.
Job responsibilities include all aspects of Athletic Training. Sports assignments will include in-season fall (volleyball or women's soccer) and spring sport (softball or baseball). Additional assignments and sport coverage as needed. Will serve as a clinical preceptor for UE's Athletic Training Education Program. Responsibilities during Winter Break will be minimal.
Applicants must be NATA Board of Certification certified or pending results. Indiana Athletic Trainer licensed or pending. The position begins July 30, 2018.
