Calendar of Financial Aid Process for High School Seniors

Senior year of high school

Apply for admission and scholarships, preferably by our Early Action deadline of December 1. After Early Action, applications for admission will be accepted on a space-available basis. Contact the Office of Admission to schedule a campus visit if you have not already done so.

Starting October 1, 2016 through March 1, 2017

Available beginning October 1, 2016: Submit your 2017-18 FAFSA online at fafsa.gov. In order for the University of Evansville to receive your FAFSA data, include UE’s school code 001795. For your financial aid to be prepared, we encourage students to submit their FAFSA by March 1. This ensures that IN residents will meet the strict March 10 deadline to be eligible to be considered for State of Indiana Grants.

When completing the FAFSA, be sure to select the appropriate FAFSA year as there are two years available.

  • Students entering in fall 2017: submit the 2017-18 FAFSA.
  • Students entering in spring 2017: submit the 2016-17 FAFSA.

Beginning January 2017

Admitted students who have listed the University of Evansville on their FAFSA will receive a Financial Aid Notification including cost, and payment information.
