On-Campus Visit Guidelines
Thank you for choosing to tour the University of Evansville Campus. Due to COVID-19, the University is requiring all employees and visitors to wear masks or face coverings while they are on campus. We ask that you bring your own mask or face covering with you; however, if you do not have one, one will be provided to you.
We are practicing social distancing and have modified our tours to keep you and your family as well as our staff safe. We will be limiting tours and encourage only those with scheduled visits to attend. We ask that if you or if anyone in your family are ill, have a fever or have been in contact, caring for, or actively have COVID-19, please contact us to reschedule your visit to campus. We also encourage those that are high risk complete a virtual visit with our office.
When you arrive:
Please enter campus at 1800 Lincoln Avenue and park in the designated purple visitor spots located in front of Olmsted Administration Hall. (See the campus map for directions.)
Your admissions counselor will provide you with a number and/or there will be a phone number posted at the entrance to Olmsted.
Your admissions counselor will greet you at the door. If you do not have your own mask or face covering, one will be provided to you. We will be using infrared thermometer readings at this time.
Throughout your visit we will be limiting your interactions and will work to make your visit as safe as possible with appropriate social distancing and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) to protect you, your family, and the staff.
