Intermediate Computer Skills Workshop

Participants will benefit from lessons that will include: creating long documents in Word, creating Word mail merge, creating and using templates, using Format Painter, using Excel functions, using Smart Art and custom animations in PowerPoint just to name a few.

Writing & Study Skills Workshop

Participants will learn how to capitalize, abbreviate, and punctuate correctly; how to write correct, clear, and concise sentences; how to avoid common grammar errors; how to organize a basic essay; how to vary the basic essay structure to fulfill college writing assignments; how to apply basic techniques for research writing; and how to apply effective study skills.
