Graduate Assistant - Swimming & Diving

The University of Evansville, a member of the Missouri Valley Conference, invites applications for the Graduate Assistant position for the men’s and women’s swimming & diving program. The University of Evansville seeks a candidate whose experience will contribute to the University's commitment to diversity and inclusiveness.

This position will assist the swimming and diving staff in all aspects of a Division I program. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes; develop strong relationships with student-athletes, faculty, and staff; film exchange and film editing; statistics; assist in team/coaches travel and logistics; practice planning and preparation; practice and game coaching; camp and clinic business development and operation; community service coordination; marketing & promotions; social networking; overall program administration, and other duties as assigned.

The Graduate Assistant Coach will perform all duties in compliance within University, NCAA and Missouri Valley Conference rules and regulations. The University of Evansville seeks a candidate whose experience will contribute to the University's commitment to diversity and inclusiveness.

As a Graduate Assistant position, housing will be provided along with a stipend and tuition leading to completion of the master’s program will be covered.   There will also be compensation opportunities provided through our lessons program.
