This new construction project is scheduled for move-in for Fall2013 and Spring 2014. Townhouses will be adjacent to the UE campus on the west and east side of campus.

Between the two locations, there is ample space for up to 144 student residents. Open to UE seniors and Juniors, townhouses offer a significant upgrade in student housing featuring updated amenities within a two story, four-person, private bedroom floor plan.
