Statistics and Data Sciences Minor

The minor in Statistics and Data Science is designed to equip students in other disciplines with the quantitative, technical, and communication skills necessary to advance in their field of study. The program provides opportunities for students to apply their statistical knowledge to their discipline and a variety of real-world problems.

Requirements: Statistics 166, 266, 267, 300, at least 3 semester hours of computer programming courses specified by the Department of Mathematics and two 300- or 400- level applied statistics courses.
