"I spoke about Changelab in four job interviews, and I was offered a position with each organization. Each employer immediately asked about Changelab and how it impacted my life. I was able to talk about working with a multidisciplinary team to complete a constantly changing assignment. They were impressed that Changelab allowed me to travel to Guatemala. I was able to demonstrate skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, public speaking, teamwork, and leadership - all of which I developed through Changelab."
