Who Are We?

We’re a private institution in southwestern Indiana with a close-knit community that cares. At UE, we believe in doing education differently. Through bold and active academics, we shape curious minds into intentional, forward-thinking changemakers. Across every major and minor, you don’t just learn theory. Through hands-on learning and extraordinary experiences, you will apply it, test it, and refine it in your chosen career field.

One of the most defining and unique components of the UE experience is Harlaxton, our very own Victorian manor in Grantham, England. For over 50 years, Aces have called Harlaxton home for a semester while taking classes, exploring European culture, and gaining a global perspective.

Regardless of where your UE journey takes you, the experience will be one rooted in our culture of innovation, responsibility, and inclusive community. And at the end, you will graduate with the drive to confidently step into the world and create positive, impactful change.
