ACCREDITATION

Institutional Accreditation

Accreditation is used among academic institutions in the United States to ensure an acceptable level of educational quality. An institution must be accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency for students to receive federal aid from the US Department of Education for postsecondary study.
