After graduating from UE, Émile received her MS in Genetic Counseling at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center UT Health Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences in Houston, TX.

“During my training, I have greatly expanded my knowledge of genetic disorders and learned different ways of supporting patients who either have a family history of a genetic condition or have a genetic condition themselves. I decided to go into genetic counseling because of my passion for genetics and helping others. I’m hoping to start my career in either cancer or medical genetics realm!”
