Why I Chose UE

I chose UE because I was attracted to the small, close-knit science community and the personability and availability of the professors.

UE Biology Experiences

I conducted research with Dr. Merkle during the summer studying the COP-II pathway in fruit flies. I am also a teaching assistant for BIOL 100.

Campus Organizations and Extracurricular Activities

I enjoy playing soccer and making art in my free time, and I work for both local hospitals as a patient care technician.
