Camp Overview
- The UE Esports summer camp provides students ages 12–18 with the opportunity to experience esports within a structured collegiate environment at UE’s Esports Center. The Aces Esports Youth Camp is designed to introduce and develop the next generation of competitive players through a balanced combination of education, skill development, and organized competition.
- Campers may register for a single week or multiple sessions through our bundle options. Each camp day combines a balance of educational Esports programming and hands-on gaming experience!
- Half of each day is dedicated to learning about the academic, professional, and personal development opportunities connected to esports and higher education. Educational sessions emphasize essential skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and positive collaboration, all of which are foundational components of successful Esports players and programs nationwide. Additional learning topics include personal branding, through content creation, strategies for individual skill improvement, pathways to collegiate and competitive esports opportunities, and much more!
- Select days will also feature supplemental activities, including a campus tour, media day photos for campers to keep, and supervised social activities that encourage friendship, confidence, and community building within a welcoming gaming environment.
- The remaining portion of each day allows campers to utilize the UE Esports facility while participating in structured gameplay and a week-long Fortnite tournament designed to promote teamwork, strategy, and competitive experience.
