Career Goals

My goal is to be a physician in internal medicine, and I am interested in the intensive care setting.

Why I chose UE

The faculty and staff were so welcoming during my visit, and I felt this type of environment would suit me and my education goals!

UE Biology Experiences

In 2021, I studied the role of the gene short stop in fruit fly oogenesis under the guidance of Dr. Merkle. I also served as a tutor for the Biology Department and was a TA for Genetics.
