Why did you choose to attend UE? 

I chose to attend UE because of my connections with the campus community and legacy of my parents' UE education. I found the Schroeder Family School of Business at UE as a good fit for me when searching for colleges. 

How has your program/major prepared you for a future career? 

My classes have opened my eyes to different parts of the business world, including Human Resources which is where I am now focusing on for my career. It was through my mentors at UE where I discovered my career passion. 

What activities or organizations have you been/were you involved with at UE?

I am a Resident Assistant and previously was a member of the Collegiate Alumni Board and a Schroeder Ambassador. I love building connections and helping other students. 

What makes UE a special place?

UE is special to me because of its tight-knit community and civic engagement. UE students, faculty, and staff are seen all over the greater Evansville community. 

What advice would you share with incoming students? 

I would recommend to incoming students to keep their minds open to new opportunities. 

Do you have anything else to share about your UE experience? 

I enjoyed classes where I have had the opportunity through group projects to make real impacts with businesses. One project was in a Marketing class where groups were tasked to pitch a marketing plan to Harlaxton for their annual Bluebells event. It was great to see part of our pitch become a reality!
