During the fall and spring semesters, Fitness Center classes are offered free of charge to students. A variety of classes are offered throughout the week.

Saturday and Sunday from 3:00–5:00 p.m.
Pickleball Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00–1:00 p.m.
Yoga Mondays from 6:00–7:00 p.m.
Total Fitness Tuesdays from 6:00–7:00 p.m.
WerQ Wednesday from 5:30–6:30 p.m.
Zumba Thursdays from 6:00–7:00 p.m.

 Classes will begin on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 and will continue throughout the semester.
