During the fall and spring semesters, Fitness Center classes are offered free of charge to students. A variety of classes are offered throughout the week from early morning through the evening hours. Here are an example of classes normally offered throughout the year:

  • Kickboxing
  • Line Dancing
  • Open Swimming
  • Pickleball
  • Rockin Body DVD
  • T25 DVD
  • Step
  • Yoga
  • Zumba


Wander Indiana is an incentive program to promote cardiovascular health. Participants record how many miles they run, walk, bike, swim, stair climb, do aerobics, or row their way to a fictitious club destination. For example, to reach "Club Vincennes" you must tally 52 miles. To reach the next destination, which is Club Worthington" 98 miles would be tallied. The more miles totaled, the farther around the state the participant goes. Round trip is 827 miles. Prizes are offered at various milestones throughout the course route.
