Heidi Strobel, University of Evansville associate professor of art history, was recently accepted to the Council of Independent Colleges seminar at the Yale Center for British Art in New Haven, Connecticut. The seminar, “Landscape and Identity in Britain and the United States (1770-1914)” will take place in late July of 2017 and will focus on Hudson River School landscape artists Thomas Cole and Frederic Church.
