The University of Evansville announced a global recognition as well as the launch of a new Center for Innovation and Change at a news conference on Tuesday, May 22. UE has been designated as a Changemaker Campus by Ashoka U and the University has also created a new Center for Innovation & Change.

Ashoka U designated the University as a Changemaker Campus for UE's role as a leader in social innovation and changemaking in higher education. UE is the first Changemaker Campus in Indiana. You can learn more about the designation by reading this article.
